Cultural Activity Report
The 2026-27 Cultural Activity Report is now live! Remember that you are required to do two different types of activities each year- one that shares your culture with your students/community and one that connects your students to a school in your home country. If you have any questions about if an activity will count as one of these, please reach out.
Request a Payment Plan
Having trouble paying your invoices? You can request a payment plan but you must request it prior to the due date on your original invoice. Please complete this form to let us know your preferred payment schedule.
Update Your Information
Have you moved recently? Got a new passport? Changed your phone number? If you have any new contact information that you need to update, fill out this form to automatically update our system.
Upload Documents
Have a document that we have requested or need? You can upload it here. Examples of documents you might need to send to us are this year’s contract or updated insurance cards.
DS2019 Travel Signature
Are you traveling out of the country soon? Make sure to check your DS2019 and see if you have a valid travel validation signature. If you need to have us sign it before you travel, use this form to let us know your travel dates and upload your DS2019 for us to sign. Travel signatures are valid for 1 year.
Incident Report
Has something happened that has threatened your health, safety, or welfare? Has something impacted your position at school? Please fill out this incident report to let us know. This would also include things that happen outside of school such as a car accident or serious illness. We will follow up with you once we receive the report to discuss any possible next steps.
J2 Request
Are you planning on bringing a dependent to the U.S.? Please fill out this form BEFORE you plan on them coming. This will allow us time to issue them a DS2019 and get all the necessary information from you.
School Move Form
Are you wanting to move schools? While we do have a strict move policy (see here), we do allow school moves in some situations. If you think your request meets the move policy, please fill out this form and our team will review your request. There is a $300 fee for moving schools.
New Insurance Form
Do you need to sign up for EGI emergency insurance? You are required by the State Department to maintain compliant health insurance throughout the duration of your program. If you need to sign up for a compliant policy (details in form), use this form to let us know you need to enroll in our coverage.
Update Insurance Information
Have you gotten a new insurance policy? Has your insurance expired and you need to provide us with your new policy? Do you need to add a new dependent to your plan? Did you get renewed insurance cards? Use this form to update any of your insurance information.
